This privacy and personal data processing policy regulates the procedure for processing and using personal and other data of the website "CYBERTECX.KZ" (hereinafter referred to as CYBERTEC).
By transferring personal and other data to CYBERTEC via the Website, the User confirms his/her consent to the use of the specified data under the conditions set out in this Privacy Policy.
If the User does not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, he/she is obliged to stop using the Website.
The unconditional acceptance of this Privacy Policy is the beginning of the use of the Website by the User.
RULES:
1.0. The Site is CYBERTEC, located on the Internet at https://cybertecx.kz/
All exclusive rights to the Site and its individual elements (including software, design) belong to CYBERTEC in full. The transfer of exclusive rights to the User is not the subject of this Privacy Policy.
1.1. The User is the person using the Site.
1.2. Legislation is the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1.3. Personal data — personal data of the User that the User provides independently upon registration or in the process of using the functionality of the Site.
1.4. Data — other data about the User (not included in the concept of Personal data).
1.5. Service(s) — services provided by CYBERTEC on the basis of the agreement.
1.6. CYBERTEC collects and stores only the Personal Data that is necessary to provide CYBERTECx.kz Services and interact with the User.
1.7. Personal Data may be used for the following purposes:
→ 1.0. providing Services to the User;
→ 1.1. identifying the User;
→ 1.2. interacting with the User;
→ 1.3. sending the User advertising materials, information and requests;
→ 1.4. conducting statistical and other research;
→ 1.5. last name, first name and patronymic;
→ 1.6. telephone number (including mobile);
1.8. CYBERTEC undertakes to use Personal Data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data" and internal documents of CYBERTECx.kz.
1.9. The Personal Data and other User Data are kept confidential, except in cases where the said data is publicly available.
2.0. CYBERTEC has the right to keep an archive copy of the Personal Data.
CYBERTEC has the right to store the Personal Data and Data on servers outside the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2.1. CYBERTEC has the right to transfer the Personal Data and User Data without the consent of the User to the following persons:
→ 1.0. To government agencies, including inquiry and investigation agencies, and local governments upon their reasoned request;
→ 1.1. in other cases expressly provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2.2. CYBERTEC has the right to transfer Personal data and Data to third parties in the following cases:
→ 1.0. The User has expressed their consent to such actions;
→ 1.1. the transfer is necessary within the framework of the User's use of the Site or the provision of Services to the User;
2.3. CYBERTEC carries out automated processing of Personal data and Data.
2.4. CYBERTEC carries out appropriate protection of Personal and other data in accordance with the Law and takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect Personal data.
2.5. The applied security measures, among other things, allow to protect Personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions with them by third parties.
2.6. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and CYBERTEC arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy shall be subject to the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2.7. CYBERTEC has the right to change the Privacy Policy (in whole or in part) unilaterally at any time without prior agreement with the User. All changes come into force from the moment they are posted on the Site.
2.8. The User undertakes to independently monitor changes to the Privacy Policy by reviewing the current version.
